gt3 or 997 turbo??

Me and my friend are not getting one of these cars any time soon, but we were talking about a 997 turbo or a gt3. what one would be more fun? i like both but i would pick the gt3, something a na motor and a tune suspension sound awesome. my friends pick a 997 turbo, the biggest reason was they were the 1ST to put a turbo as a production vehicle. i know most of you have drove both. i would like to know what one you would pick? thank you

If I had the choice would go with GT3. With PASM, it does both track and DD well. The one advantage that the turbo offers is that you can more easily mod for more horsepower - so in 5 years you could mod the engine to match the latest turbo from Porsche for horsepower. With a NA - it tends to be cost prohibitive. Off course there' more to a Porsche then HP.

GT2 may be the cream of the crop as a performer but to quote the others as merely "junk"? Wow...that's extremely arrogant and grossly disrespectfull to other Porsche owner's. What's your angle?

It may be disrespectable but it is true. After 26 turboes and 1 gt3 over the years I can tell you that a GT2 will make you think the rest are junk. Try a GT2 then tell me otherwise. A GT2 will make you throw rocks at the other Porsches and every other car that I have driven. Sorry to hurt your feelings.
