overtorqued center wheel bolt?

i have 2010 gt3,was wondering if any1 has measured the distance betweet the center of rim and the edge of the center locks? in all three wheels the edge of the centre lock nut is just prodruding about 1mm from the rim. but my front right wheel (removed and put back by dealer) center lock bolt is almost flush with the rim.

i dont have a torque wrench,so im just being paranoid dealer might have over torqued the bolt even though i know they have a torque wrench:banghead:.

is there a way to tell if wheels are torqued correctly without removing them?

I would buy a Precision C4D400F torque wrench ($350) range 200-600ft-lb from Tooltopia.com. That's one reasonable solution to checking the correct torque. Of course I think you'll need an assistant to stand on the brakes while you loosen or tighten the nut (with car on the ground!!) Don't try that on jack stands or with car in the air as the danger of falling off is too great when using this 4 ft long wrench.

Good luck and let us know what happened.
