Curious as to the value of an 02 GT2. Kind of browsing and have found a few. One with very low miles, 3500, and the price is around 69K. Any feedback is appreciated.

I'm always watching 996 GT2 auctions on ebay and it seems like they never seem to sell, always falling short of the reserve or getting zero bids. I suspect there's a big gap between what sellers want and what buyers think they're worth.

 

It seems like higher mile(30k) Gt2's are in the mid 60's -70k region.
Low mileage <7k are asking in the 85-100k range.

I'm not sure if they sell at those price points but there seems to be a handful of cars up in that $ region.


It sounds like a screaming deal if the car checks out.2 There are lots of repaired GT2's around some were fixed privately so no carfax records. Be careful!

That's what i'm wondering too, because there's been a few GT2s on rotation on ebay and those auctions are lucky to break $60k. They usually close in the $50k range and are unsold.

 

What a great car for the $$ If you buy one, you'll love it!
