Sharkwerks bypass + mk.2 RS = Amazing!

Got them fitted today and boy I'm glad I did it..the car sounds amazing and the best thing without any drone! Also with the new light weight tailpipes gives it a better look

Anyone thinking of swapping their exhaust out I highly recommend the sharkwerks bypass plus Alex is great to work with

I'm sure it sounds great, but I don't want to be kicked out of track days, so I'll pass.

The sharkwerks pipe is not actually that loud compared with one of their more full on set ups... I would be surprised if it exceeded your track noise limits.

Justin, great to hear that you are enjoying it so much.... Smoothie has been using it for years and it really does sound great....

Has anyone done this mod and not liked the results over stock. I want one for my MK.2 RS but have no way to listen to one in person here in Oklahoma.

Hey mooty....now I know what u guys mean...it really is one of the best sounding exhaust system I have owned. When installing an after market exhaust sometimes it's too loud or worst still not loud enough...the sharkwerks hits the spot...perfectly..a perfect balance

Like mooty I just throughly enjoy the sharkwerks system and don't have anything to do with them just sharing my views with everyone else.

Bperry...take the plunge and do it trust me u will not regret it. I bought it without hearing it in person except on YouTube and you know how that can turn out but I'm glad I did. Have absolutely no regrets!

Talk to Alex I'm sure he will be more than happy to work something out for you.

Hey Tim, what's the limit where you go? It's very easy to get around even with out bypass on anyways as per mikymu's article:
http://sharkwerks.com/porsche/techni...at-laguna.html

You can even be as quiet as stock at 93db this way

Thanks Harold and you were one of the earlier adopters:P Indeed if you use it with the sport button off and go through the side mufflers it's not much louder than stock

Thanks mooty and we're almost up and running now at the new place so as long as you don't sell your RS before next week we'll have to install it on the 2010... Hang on... even if you do sell your one if _we_ wait one extra week then you will probably already be on RS # 3 anyways?

Hey bperry... we actually have a couple of guys out in Oklahoma that have it. Not sure how close but if you drop me an email we'll set that up for you. As I tell everyone that buys it... if for some reason you don't like it please feel free to return it for a full refund
