Hi all, I own a 07 GT3 in speed yellow. All stock.
I would like to give a little mod. on my car with a new set of Advan RZ-DF forge wheels and a side GT3.2 side stripes on my car. (excl. the GT3RS logo)

I need you guys to help on the color combo. which looks best on my SY GT3..

Advan rims = high gloss silver OR matt black
Color of stripes = matt black OR gloss black

personally, i'm thinking to have matt black stripes and silver rims....... ?!?!?
please advise...... tks a lot !!

 

Matte black side decals and matte black wheels.
It keeps the flow.
Nice light wheels btw and congrats on the GT3. We think alike.

Yeah Ranger !! After i read over 200 post on this forum; i find you alike!! haha.... good taste buddy !!!
to be frank, i will track it but matt black rims didn't show much details on the wheels...... that's my only concern.... and bit too racey on street (cops might stop me down here..)

 

How about Charcoal Gray wheels and Gloss Black stripe?

but heard couple suggestions that saying gloss black stripes with silver RZ-DF

I'd suggest matte black stripes and wheels also. It really works well. Gotta see the difference in person. Pics are worthless.

If you want to do something that's a little different and very eye catching, I'd go with the Current GT3RS checkerboard decals in a bright Royal Blue and paint the wheels to match! Blue and Yellow go really nice together and it'd be a bit different than everything else. Maybe one of the Photochop gurus could do a quick one for you in that combo!

 

someone suggest me silver wheels with RS racing green color stripes......
green and yellow..... pretty strong contrast hay? But i dun think i can stand it everytime i watch out of my window !!

 

matte black or gloss black 996 RS style side decals is really the only decal you should consider. (minus the "RS" script of course)

the new 997.2RS decals are being removed from alot of the newer cars becuase the owners just are not feeling them.

I have also seen some carreras with the new RS stripe and it gives a "copycat" look to the car unfortunately.

i finally made up my mind of stick with my order on the Advan silver wheels
and do the gloss black stripes after i got the rims on the car !! stripes Pattern to be advise...
