That claim seems reasonable. The EP with 100 cell cats is good for +14hp. Not nearly as light as the setup you are talking about. I think the EP is close to 50lbs with the stainless muffler canisters..

DCLee, I was debating to go with Kreissieg or Meist Ti system you've ordered, but criticize me if you want, I wanted valvetronic option. It is about 25 lbs unit, which is 13lbs heavier than meist Ti unit, but I wanted to have the control of the sound and performance.. for me, I use my car on weekends as well.. so, I kinda wanted to have both loud and quiet options when it is needed. I heard the turbo in f-1 mode, and it just made my decision.
besides, wow, are you building a RSR or something? got any photos? I am interested in converting my car to somewhat race worthy as well.. any input will be appreciated..

We have a system for the GT3 with 70mm tubing....Thing is massive

Not sure about the headers....I think the EP is only 3-5lbs lighter than stock...
