Dealer call today and told me my 11' 3RS is on the way to the states. Should be here mid next month. Dealer did not have name of the ship yet, but should have it soon. Anybody else got a car on this ship?

How long is the actual sail across the ocean? I didn't think it would take that long. I assume they do their pre-delivery inspection somewhere right when it gets on the coast, but does it sit at the dock for a few days? Just expected it to be faster than three weeks Congratulations though!

Well dealer said shipping takes about 20-24 days depending on weather. Then another 2-5 days to get car from Port to dealer. Don't have name of ship yet but will have it by weeks end I should think. So all that should put it here mid month I guess.

Mine is on the Wisteria Ace which just left. Could be the same ship. I don't think it takes that long. Supposed to be in port Oct 3rd.

congratulations. i can feel your excitement. mine, west coast delivery, took 6 weeks from date of completion, to delivery to me. that is because it had to go through the panama canal. yours should be quicker.

hope you are still planning to come to the west coast for some mods. i would be happy to show you what i have had done, including the sequential shifter.

Oh ya, it's on my list. Once the car comes in I am getting some minor paint work ( not real crazy about the red trim) then get A full body clear bra. After that head out to the west coast.

I figure I will be making several stops; GMG, RSS, Sharkwerks, ect.

Guess I need to start on a punch list of upgrades.

Well done indeed and with that bra on you'll be safe from the bugs and other misc. debris on your journey... Keep it stock at least a while

Exactly. Take in the RS for its natural spirit.
It will give you a much better appreciation of all else to follow.
