60-130 mph 997.2 gt3
Was on way home from go kart track and I had a friends VBOX in my car so I thought why not give it a shot. Only did it once and im sure it could be improved upon. I think i shifted a 100-200 rpm too early in a gear. Never see any times posted so I thought id share. Only have Sharkwerks Center Muffler Delete. My previous car was a M3 DCT supercharged that ran it in 8.7 seconds on halfway bald tires, prob capable of low 8's.
11.4 seconds 60-130mph in the 2010 GT3
also have no clue how to load the file, I can have it done by a friend if anyone wants it. The slope might of been more than 3% in the very beginning.

I have not checked with my vbox but I noticed the November issue of Road & Track has the GT3.2 running 80-130 mph in 9.8 seconds versus M3 DCT running in 12.0 seconds. The M3 was not supercharged and the test was not 60-130, but it is an interesting data point.

just curious, how are you doing your 60-130 run?
are you steady state at around 60 and then flooring it?
or do you accelerate from a lower speed so you "cross" the 60mph threshold already accelerating?
thanks

typically i start around 45-50 and just floor it. Started in 2nd gear. Had sport mode on 1 time and off 1 time

ok thanks for the info. were you able to check the slope of your run? i got a 10.6 with my friends .2 GT3, and a 10.9 with my .1 GT3 with a slight downhill less than 3% (both stock)... but i would have thought that was offset by us both running really bad fuel (probably equivalent of between 91-93 octane)
