GMG 18" Track Shoes
Here are a couple of photos of my new 18" monoblock track shoes from GMG. I've run the 19" one piece wheels for most of this season, and have elected to go with the 18" wheels and R6's for the last event of the year. Once again, exceptionally well made, powder coated satin black and clear the stock brakes with room to spare.

Hey 58SPDSTR, what size Hoosers are you going to mount on your new 18" shoes?
The Hoosier 255/40/18 fronts and 335/30/18 rears seem the way to go. Not sure if your narrow rear body would fit that size tire as compared to the 3RS.

For the first set I went a little more conservative to be sure they would clear everything. 245/35 front, 315/30 rear. I'm pretty sure that the 335's would fit on the rear running -2.5 degrees of camber. The 245's also have adequate clearance with -3 degrees of front camber; the 255's might be close though many others have said that they work.

Speaking for me I am going to 18" wheels for a few factors.
More tire brands.
More tire sizes.
Rains are avalible.
Tires overall are a little cheeper.
Not sure what 18" wheel I will go with but the 19" GMG wheels I had ( just sold then ) were top notch and the power coat was the best I have ever seen.
