GT3 v Turbo
I just traded a 2007 turbo for a 2011 GT3. I can't wipe the **** eating grin off my face. I have spent $$ on plenums, intakes, exhaust, suspension, etc, etc.,to try to fall in love with the turbo I bought as an impulse after open heart surgery at 44. One week later and this black beauty, out of the box, beats the turbo in ALL areas-except no heated seats-damn cold down south right now! I am a convert.

Hi revs, light weight, handling like your own nerve synapses ran directly to the road, and the banshee wail assailing your senses.......a moveable feast of sight, sound, and color.
So, what's not to like!?
Enjoy and after the heart refurbishment I imagine each days a little sweeter and the grass a little greener.

Beautiful
I'm finally taking mine out today for a spin, after being hooked up to a battery tender for 10 days (the car, that is, not me).

Thanks guys. I took the one pict BEFORE returning turbo to dealer. Told my wife she needed to park her SUV outside. All I heard is "you got to be kidding me?!" Anyway, I have a buddy with a 2007 GT3 with sharkwerks exhaust and roll cage(I thin red would look great with blk/blk)? Any thoughts on both? I think the thing sounds phenomenal as is...but

Not right away. Love the car as is... however, I get bored way too quickly. Friend of mine has a 2010 GT3RS with awesome folding carbon racing seats, red belts, and euro spec roll cage. Hmm. Another friend has a sharkWerks exhaust...sound pretty damn good. I really like the black HRE center lock wheels...that fabspeed intake looks pretty cool as my 12 year old son said the engine looks ugly and old...but sure sound good...but really have not given it much thought...

Sharkwerks or GMG exhaust (I have GMG so there is a bias) is something that you can do early on with only the aural amplification as an outcome. I urge you to do one or the other. Don't forget to push the appropriate button and open it up. Then find a bridge or overpass to drive under and hit the throttle!
