FINALLY... My RS is here!!!
Its been an entire week since i bought my car without seeing it or driving it. Waiting angrily for it to arrive. I was signed up for a DE this weekend at road atlanta, hoping my car would arrive to atleast get an alignment and see what this RS hype was all about. Unfortunately, I had to take the black series out for 2 days in the rain thinking about my RS throughout the weekend. Friday and Saturday was rain all day with it clearing up on Sunday. Knowing that my car was being delivered Sunday, i didnt even go to the track. Sitting at home like a little kid waiting for santa to come and deliver my RS.
Well the time had come and a big shout out to Elite Auto Transport for taking gentle car of my RS that made its way all the way from northern California. This is the 2nd car I've bought from California without seeing it and the car having 1500miles on it again. I thought you Cali guys did some driving out there. Even though I had been waiting at home for my present, my son had a football game that I couldnt tell him, "no son i cant take you b/c ummmm", yea that wasnt happening. Luckily I have a woman by my side that could take pics as it got off the truck and drive it home from meeting the truck and nicely back it into the garage for me to take out as soon as I got home
This thing is beautiful and is the best looking porsche I've ever owned. Options are: full leather, lift kit, sound pkg, dynamic cornering lights, bluetooth, and sport chrono w/o PCM. i didnt want the wart on the dash but i couldnt pass up the car.
Additional features added by 1st owner
1. MA Carbon alcantera/carbon fiber steering wheel.
2. Satin finish powder coat black the wheels and the rear wing struts.
3. 92 mil. tips (stock are 83-85 I think) powder coated black satin,
4. all decals removed, added silver rear emblem to match wing tips and lower mirror struts (in flat artic silver).
5. bypass exhaust from Sharkwerks.
6. ECU from EVO, via Sharwerks. additional 20 hp with Bypass.
7. Clear armor doors, front fenders, hood, front bumper, rear hatch, mirrors, lower sid moldings.
8. 2011 Porsche GT2RS carbon fiber mirrors.
9. Paint front bumper center intake black.
10. Indoor car cover.

Truly the stuff dreams are made of. Well done!
So the wife drove it home, eh? Better check for over-revs. Driving that car would tempt even the most timid driver into giving it hell at least once.
