Depends on what you're looking for...
A Turbo is going to be a much more powerful version of your R8, being very livable for street driving.
While the GT3RS is going to be a much more track oriented car, not nearly as street friendly as your R8 V8 is, it will be louder, harsher and way more fun
This really only scratches the surface though.

I've had both - what I can say is the RS is MUCH more compromised than the Turbo. I put 12k per year on the Turbo. I may do half that with the RS. That's not to say the RS is less fun -- it isn't. But if you like driving your R8 around town the RS is pretty crap for that.
