Tyson,
without seeing the car in person it's impossible to prove if it's the real thing or not. but i most say he did a good job ''IF'' it's not the real RS. plus with all the money he spent he might as well as get the real deal. i just don't see that's the case here.
anyway, it's just sad we don't have it here otherwise there will be 2 in the shop.

Yes, that's right... you would have 2 RS's in the shop. Too bad they don't come in Black or Seal Gray.
I think the clues that gave it away are that the GT3-RS has the same dash as the '01 Turbo without the glovebox and its subframe for weight reduction purposes. Also, the calipers on the RS upright mount lower like on your CS.
I have seen a good replica like this one on EBay.

screwed the seal grAy... it's gonna be white & red. well, u know i'm a poser anyways so the RS lighter weight is pointless to me.
not sure where u got the info from but here is a factory press shot.

Its actually not owned by an 18 year old kid. Some guy was trying to impress an M3 board with all of his cars (which he never posted many pics of in the first place)...he then kinda added the straw that broke the camel's back when he blocked out the dealer tags and stole the picture from a Porsche dealer website (its odd but apparently that house is a dealership of some sort).
The thread has been deleted form www.m3forum.net but it was fairly embarrassing to read as he obviously lied through his teeth about all of his cars.
Someone posted a bunch of pics to a CGT in the exact same location and the same angles...then on top of that there was an ad posted to that same GT3RS for sale with all of the same pics included in the ad...an ad still posted days after this car was said to be purchased by this 18y/o.
A sweet car nonetheless.
