would you buy a 44k-mile gt3?

Been thinking about getting a track car and found this 2007 gt3 w ceramic brakes w excelent service records. Should I be worried about the high miles? What should I expect in term of immediate maintenance and repairs?
Thanks guys

I would get a PPI with a rev report first thing. Areas of concern would be the brakes because of the cost there. PCCB is really expensive to replace, but you could go to iron if need be. If it has been properly maintained and not abused, the engine should be good.

Thanks guys for your response. I thought that the pccb is lighter, lasts longer and works better on the track. I'm quite surprised that you guys recommended steel disks. Should I be worried about the clutch, RMS leaks and also over revving? This vehicle has been tracked numerous times.

The PCCB's are lighter but are fragile and can chip/crack when you track or something hits it. Very expensive to replace them. I would get the PCCB car and when its time to change, go to steel rotors.

+1 Get the car and immediately put new PCCB pads on. Then if/when the rotors are shot you can switch to steel. Miles are no biggie but be sure the price reflects them.
