Lot of miles but nevertheless seems like a good deal.

Low $80k's is auction whlsl for an '04 w/less than 5kmi. $69k for one w/50k mi seems like just a fair deal. Who the heck puts 50k mi on a GT3 in ONE YEAR? Was it serviced properly, are there costly consumables that need replacing (looks like it has PCCB's), what's the condition of the motor, was it hammered, etc....New tires are not a big deal.

Damn, that seems like a decent deal (and a good color) - everytime I saw that auction on eBay I thought the mileage was 4,974 (took a quick glance) had no idea it was forty thousand...as for the mileage, that does seem like a helluva lot, but then again, I put 37K miles on my X5 the first year I had it.

Actually, this is a local car. I know the owner, who is a great driver at our local track, by the way. Oh, and those are PCCB calipers, but he had the rotors replaced by our dealership with steel ones a while back due to the obvious problems with PCCB. I believe he traded it in on a 360 CS. He will be able to do a great comparo between the two soon I'm sure--

that car has been in service (4/03) almost two years, and i'd have been all over it at $60k (maybe a little more if I knew service history and PCCB wear)
