New racetrack with country club model opening later this year in Palm Springs area. www.trm122.com

They sell private lots where you can build your personal garages with entertainment lounges on top. Some interesting architectural designs in the clubhouses and other external buildings. They focus on the lifestyle aspect which is new to motorsport in North America. Looks interesting to say to say the least.

I would be an out of town member and not familiar with race shop services for cars and bikes in the area for suspension/motor/maintenance. Does anyone know of good reputable race shops up that way?

Curious if any 6speeders heard of this opportunity and if they plan on signing up?

GT2ubo, there are lots of great tracks in the area to choose from. If it was as good as Miller Motorsports Park, maybe you could be swayed?

Not sure lifestyle and motorsport were meant to be together... at least in my life. Certainly sounds appealing!

i have been wanting to get out there.heard its a nice track. but something always comes up ... it would be awesome if they sold/rented "apartment style living" like parump. instead of taking a luxury trailer or renting a trailer from them. its aways nice waking up to the sound of engine noise and getting on the track 5 mins later if wanted

 

Haven't been to Pahrump, but heard the track itself is super fun. Miller is a must-do track, particularly in the full 4.5 mile setup. High elevation so your force fed motor will have an advantage. Awesome staff and facilities. You'll want to spend a week there!

BTW: is your new paint scheme done? Would love to see pictures.

my car should be done next week gettting some 18 inch forgelines too.. im so excited ill post pics when its done. id love to go to miller, looks like a blast. im getting a bit sick of big willow and streets. lol.

 

Thunderhill is up there in my books but haven't done Laguna yet. I would probably have trouble with noise regs so just too much effort to try it out.

This thermal place looks promising. Apparently cadilac and Aston Martin are rumored to have bought in along with many race teams and a few billionaire car enthusiasts. I haven't even been to palm springs yet, so looking forward to checking it out.
