No GT3 RS for me
Call me a flake if you want. But the transport arrived late tonight to take away my GT3 and I couldn't go through with it. I paid the driver his money for the job and sent him off without my car. I know the RS would have been better in every way, but I'm simply not ready to part w/ my 3 -- a reality that came to a head with the driver asking me to sign the release form.
So for now, my tag line stays the same for the unforeseeable future. Attached are some fresh photos of my car that I snapped for the dealer at their request.

That's not being a "flake" . You just saved 60+K , kept a car that you like , and can always buy a car when you are ready . The other thread asks about the road noise and that's probably just one of several doubts .
In my opinion .. when in doubt .. don't buy any car . Having the savings actually sounds pretty good when considering that you've never driven the car , out of state , used .. etc . That's a lot of uncertanty at 130+K . at least you thought it over .
PS .. You may end up at some point with an RS or a 991 but at least when you do you'll know its the right time .
Good luck.

Why? If you were getting rid of the GT3 for something else. I would understand. But for going to the RS....
I know you can be emotionally attached to one car. I know I am, cuz I pretty much never sell a car until its too old to drive. But if I can upgrade the car with an upgraded version. I always do it. Cuz the instant u start driving the new car, u'd totally forget about the old one!
But either way, they are all great cars! As long as you still enjoy your GT3, its all great!

Good call. Mine looks just like yours with the exception of yellow deviated stitching. You made the right decision and saved yourself some bucks and bought yourself options down the road.
