10-40 synthetic with zinc
However - I do not run any cats so the zinc is good for me

Same with me, the 10-40. AMO is the product code. Bad on cats, GOOD for bearings and engine longevity

I am running Joe Gibbs Driven DT 40 which I purchased from LN Engineering. I have a great deal of respect for the objectivity and analysis LN brings to the table and am particularly impressed with the way this oil holds up under high temperatures and stress loads. It's expensive but compared to the cost of a motor, not so much. Check out the links I posted above if you haven't already done so. Best,

I like:

For oil- olive oil
For detergent- washing up liquid
For wear- sewn on elbow patches
For ash reducing- a dust pan
For anti-oxidants- cranberries

And that's about as much use as most of the speculation here. It only proves the hype/marketing has worked.

Mine has had factory Mobil since new and has covered 78,000kms without any issues and it doesn't exactly get driven like a nanna.
Mind you I do change oil every 5k.

That's the best advice, frequent oil changes!

Just got back from dealer, they said Mobil1 5W-50 is the latest recommendation for GT3s here in Switzerland. I've been using Mobil1 5W-40 until now.
