When my cracked after driving on the highway one day, I got mine at the dealer. If you have a good reputation with them see if they will give it to you at 10% over cost. Cheaper then buying online and you save on shipping as well.

Cup lip. I have my stock lip sitting at home. Cup lip is a lot more flexible and generates more downforce, and also cheaper.
OEM lip has better finish though.
