Will do BMW @ Road A first (3/2-3), maybe Chin @ Road A and then Barber w/Rezoom (3/23-24).
Edit: registered for BMW and Rezoom.

Well... Hmmmm... yes

Did not lift but turned TC off and stayed on the brakes a bit too long Would never have happened with the 991, but a great way to learn to be a better driver vs. 'fly by wire'

However, why did you turn TC off? Did you feel it's interfering? Or to preserve the rear brake pads?

I am at a point where I want to improve my skills without the nannies' intervention. This was at a small flat track rented for the day with only 2 or 3 cars, good visibility and quite a bit of runoff everywhere . A good opportunity to experiment and test (my) limits. I would not do this at most DE's of course.

I guess all the forum members have seen this one already, but a good illustration of the GT3 in spanking mode. Maybe the GT3's ECU was so smart that it remembered that Jeremy does not like 911's

Center Muffler Delete
I know it probably makes no difference in power/torque output, but I wanted to give a try to the center muffler delete for the sound only.
I have not been disappointed: the exhaust sound is a bit more aggressive and louder but is still perfectly fine for daily driving through your neighborhood. In fact, it stays perfectly quiet below 3,000 rpm.
Overall good value for money IMHO

A few touches of red
Added a few touches of red to the cabin like I had (or had retrofitted) in my previous Cayman R.

RS door pull strap conversion:

Red ignition switch trim:

In total, should easily bring about 50 more hp!

A bit of work on the aero
Not really convinced I am going to see a huge improvement, but the cup front spoiler is pretty inexpensive and giving more angle to the rear wing...is free.
I read long threads where people had heated discussions about the up- and downsides of adjusting the rear wing angle to 8º. One says he loses up to 5mph in straights on the track, another one argues that he feels the car is a lot more stable. My personal feeling is that the truth is probably somewhere in the between, especially for someone like me who is only an 'intermediate' driver for now. Sure there is a bit more drag, but I personally do not care about the top speed if it brings me a bit more stability.

I'll probably go a little crazy on the decals for the next few weeks (stuff ordered in fact ), but after a while, I'll come back to pure Zuffenhausen purity, I swear!

Good stuff!
