when u mean scrape, is it the front or the carbon under tray?

The plastic front lip is pretty sturdy. It's not as soft as the plastic chin lips on the 911. I go very slow and scrape it all the time pulling into the garage nose first, and it doesn't look any worse for the wear. Recently, I started backing in, and there is only a whiff of scraping.

What it needs is a system to lift the car via a dash button when you need to overcome a driveway. I believe the Lamborghini Diablo had that several years ago. That would be the best solution.

This is my driveway...
I have indicated in the pic, where I scrape on my driveway. It doesn't even look that high or steep, but yup, I scrape. I'm scraping the carbon undertray...right about the middle of the car. The chassis is too long. Time to modify the driveway! <SIGH>

Don't think that hasn't crossed my mind. It might be time to start an organization -- "sportscaraholics anonymous"

On a serious note (and I hope changing the serenity prayer didnt offend anyone) WHO should I talk to about my driveway -- an engineer? an architect? I know this will invlove re-sloping the entire 25 foot long inclined portion from the street. I think I need it to end up looking like a ski jump, whereas now it looks like pretty much like a straight line that gets steeper at the bottom. (clearly, the last owner was a Jeep fan)
