My 997 GT2 has sport adaptive seats from your experience i need recommendation what is the best seats for track and street use, im looking for the 997 GT3 euro seats but no luck so far, what about the Recaro seats which one is similar to the euro seats something alternative.

Wow, what a price increase.

I have a set with the alcantara inserts that I may be willing to part with when my car sells.

 

The sport buckets are awesome. Retain factory airbags as well. Around $5-6K used.

 

Even though Suncoast is offering a good discount on MSRP, they are still really expensive. Do anyone knows any after market seats that look similar to GT2 seats (maybe Recaro) that would fit 997?

 

Recaros are a good fit for the Porsches and they fit well.

 

I run recaro Pro Hans XL and SPG XL in RS. I did not like the sport buckets... I guess im just the ugly duckling

I have a fabric set I'm going to be selling. They are only a few months old.

Probably around $5,500. That's what I've seen them for. I actually saw a used set for the same price that Suncoast was selling them new, a year or two ago but I don't think they sold.

 

Suncoast parts have good stuff but dont know why the dont have GT2 Bucket Seats in cloth beside the seats are US spec. and my car is Euro spec.

OEM GT3 euro clubsport seats (same as Carrera GT seats) are the best looking and best double duty seat, street and track,for the GT3 in my honest opinion.

I have a set but replaced them with recaro pro racer Hans in carbon Kevlar..... Best track seat with Hans halo.

If you want to be close to the OEM GT3 euro clubsport seats, then get the recaro pole positions in leather or cloth.
