Can you tell me what garage door opener you're using? I'd love to get one of those in my garage.

 

They are lift master Jack shaft garage door openers like this:

We built an enclosure around them out of aluminum to make them look nicer. It is a two piece unit so it is easy to gain access to the opener if necessary.
