love it!

i love the way porsche paints wheels, the surfacing and the different levels really give them a prismatic appearance from different angles.

I can't seem to find any wheels that look good for the FX... but after seeing this, I think my FX wheels are going to get the same treatment!

The paint they use on wheels at the factory is very thin, and will not hold up long. Trust me. We've repainted plenty that chipped within weeks of delivery.

This applies to non standard finishes (paint to match exterior, etc).

Front plates? I nearly gagged looking at that dealership shot with all those front plates. Nasty!

Though I would have painted the lip black also would have made the spokes look like it was floating

I've PS the spokes to black, I think they look a lot better!
