Yes the 991 Turbo and Turbo S have 4 wheel steering. So does the 918 Spyder with hybrid AWD.

 

pretty cool!!! Anyone else notice the rotor has a weird dip in the diameter?

 

My understanding is that they take out some material from the rotor to balance it. I've noticed the same thing (but maybe not as extreme) on a 996 rotor.
