16,000 miles and no motor problems here. I have a few interior issues, but never anything with the motor.
The previous owner had a "shield" of some sort come off in the engine bay when the car was relatively new (prolly not secured correctly at the factory). Other than that, the car has not had any engine bay issues at all.
