Can you ID this Porsche?

Porsche guy could have stopped. However, in California, it's illegal to stop for another vehicle. You are supposed to call for help but not stop your car to possibly create another accident.
Maybe the Porsche driver did cut the van off. However, it's the driver of the van who should have been able to control his vehicle. When it's all said and done, there is nothing that can be done to the Porsche driver as he did not come into contact with the flipped vehicle. I would assume that a quick jerk of the van's steering wheel caused that van to flip and not the Porsche getting in it's way.

exactly^
also the only two people who know what happened were the ones involved.
to help op make a case against someone with deep pockets and nice car is
reprehensible especially in light of op joining here just to find a bunch of
narcs in order to hang one of our own out to dry. i'd tell op to go pound sand,
the world has enough money grubbers backstabbers and narcs.

O rly?... how is it that the nitro looks to be hundreds of yards in front of the Porsche if the Porsche cut him off?.... Makes no sense. Might be a UM plate rather than a heat tag.

what happened to minding your own business?
looks to me like an unskilled driver in a hunk of crap car panicked and rolled her junk. probably texting in the passing lane.

2. The assumption of driver's skill, response and possible texting on your part would appear to indicate that you don't mind casting your opinion net on others.
3. Mind your own business is great until you need someone to lend a hand. Maybe that's the norm in your part of the world.
And to the OP. It is always nice to be up front with what you are looking for in a post. You could avoid some of the comments posted on being up front.
