Battery Relocation Complete - pics

I finished the battery relocation last night. New battery weighs 22lbs.
I should be down to 3,125lbs. 25lbs to go......

Remove 3 air bags

Well done, Grussell. I think I'll do the same on my car. However, I believe GT3's have a slightly lighter stock battery so I won't see as much improvement. Still, a great mod. Thanks for sharing.

You are right. The GT3 battery is 36lbs. still, 14lbs is a nice chunk!

RayGT3 is infamous around these parts
It's not only the weight savings but the location of the remaining weight after the change.
