Market price for 2004-2005 996 gt3?
My impression from following ebay auctions is that there is a $10k+ spread between bid and ask on these cars. The cars that sell are priced $78k-$83k with more for 2005, few miles, pccb, and cpo. Dealers are asking roughly $10k-$15k more. Some cars don't even get bids above $70k, some cars have reserves above $90k, and bids seem to have dropped roughly $5k since the 997gt3 announcement.
Can someone please post recent Manheim prices on 2004-2005 gt3? Thank you.

Ebay is a bad place to judge market value.
Most bidders are just looking to steal cars so they will bid low and hope they get a car. Just becuase bidding stops at 70 does not mean the car sold.
Current market for a 04 GT3 with 5K miles is about 85 plus
An 05 with a few thousand less miles is around 90 plus.
These would be fair deals.
I don't think the 997GT3 will plunge low mile 996GT3's into the 60's like some people are praying for though.

ebay is a good place to let the word out. usually more serious buyer will call or email directly. GT3 is one of the car that might requires inspection in person since some of them are tracked. of course that will lower the price of the car.
