GT3 ABS Brake Issues

Gents,
My Gt3 brakes seem to lose the ABS capability under threshold braking, and the stopping power diminishes dramatically. The feeling one gets (that would be me), is that the pads are no longer pressing firmly against the rotors. No nose dive, no slamming forward against the harnesses, simply that the brakes will no longer slow you at the rate you expect. No initial bite other than perhaps one pulse, and then very poor slowing.(My stock Mini stops quicker under duress). It takes forever to take off speed, leading to some rather dramatic saves. Today took the cake!

FYI.. this is lap 3, cool day, firm pedal, new race fluid, no ABS pulsing, AP rotors, good RS19 pagid pads.

Anyone else have this "wow, no brakes" syndrome?

Bob (who hopes to solve this before disaster strikes)

Do you smell boiling brake fluid when this happens? Does the pedal get mushy? I would just take it to the dealer assuming its under warranty
