We can also do a little trade if you want

It's a tough call. I was on the fence about this but with the new 997 GT3 (possibly RS on the way) I changed my mind. For right now I am going to hang on to the TT and POSSIBLY get the new GT3...but if I feel extra crazy and the price is right, time for the CGT...I can't even believe I'm considering it but the prices are falling in line.

And to think...

It seems like only yesterday you were giving me **** about my gt2 and how awesome your tt was. (smile)

Yes, it really is that good. On paper, the 997TT may look better statwise, but it will NEVER capture the essence of a GT2.

Besides, a few tweaks from Ruf and some Motons or JRZs with some monoballs will make mincemeat out of the new 997 Turbo... which is now basically an electronic car that might as well have an auto pilot switch, and still quite a bit heavier than the GT2, which I am confident you would notice on the racetrack.

Eric,
the GT2 is so insane!! it is an insane car around the track!!! I think you should get the one Sharky's client has and bring it to the drive in 2 weeks

Thanks Bruce....
I can t make that Drive...even so it sounds like Fun..
As far as the Gt2 I think I am going to wait and see what the 997 are going to be....the new gt3 and is nice and then if the RS makes it then...or the GT2 it might be worth the wait....I drove a gt2 stock... I think now that my turbo is where i want it to be ,the trade does not seem smart..at least to me.
Vincent will probable disagree

It's not an easy decision. One that took me 2 years to make. Couldn't have been happier.

The GT2 is all the car and from a purest stand piont much more fun than a 996tt with all wheel drive. That car is 1 that I wish I had never sold. The drive is so awesome.Pull the trigger.

Gt2 Vs 997 Gt3

gt3 vs gt2
This being said, I am interested in the 997 GT3.
vs a later model GT2.

both will be about the same price. new vs old....

comparison and opinions please.....

use: occasional daily driver, and track car.

I am torn, the GT2 more options because of the turbo.....

but normal aspiration at 415 is awesome....

thanks
