Stig,

once the car is on terra firma, remember to follow the break-in procedure
for first 1000 miles (1612 kilometers), which is keep below 4000 or 4500
rpm. the people that dont follow it are not using their noggins...

Fabulous car and keep up the good work,

Marty K.

you're telling me a C-GT doesn't come with a pre-broken in engine? I would think a car like this which will undoubtedly have many that may take up to 3 or 4 years before they ever see the 1k mark would come pre-broken in. Especially since the ones that are actually driven will be seeing mainly track use. Can anyone else chime in on this?

even though the engine is probably broken in from factory but the rest of the car is not. the tranny is brand new not to mention the brakes, tires... most importantly, if u drive it like u stole it the first 1,000 miles the car might be totalled. always take it easy on the first few k miles. get to know the car better while breaking it in gently is not gonna hurt.

btw, every CGT engines were dyno tested before going to Leipzig factory though.

No doubt driven right into a waiting cargo container on a ship at Port Everglades and whisked quickly away the 3 miles to get it into the Int'l trade waters. By that time the real owner is probly waking up and walking out to his garage and WTF !!! where did it go AHHHHHHH.
