HELP! Looking for '05 CGT

If anyone has a lead on a 2005 CGT in silver with grey interior, please advise. Prefer delivery miles or very low miles. Appreciate any and all bits of help. I know there were only 1200 produced for USA. Hope I find just ONE!!!

Thanks all...

If Canada is good for you, Porsche Lauzon (next to montreal city) has one. I'm not sure of the color combo though. I beleive it has a silver exterior though.

Hope this helps...Gluck

Thanks Gluck. That one has the Ascot interior, which I believe is brown. I am clueless about Canadian autos. Are they configured differently than those made for the US?

I've seen three silver CGTs, but all with brown or tan interior. I called on one with the grey interior and just missed it...a deposit was placed and it sold.

Thanks...

Yea ascot is brown. They are configured the same, except you will have the KPH/MPH instead of the other way around.

I'll be very honest, coming from a guy with a blue cayenne on grey. Grey makes the interior look cheaper. IMO of course...

???

An '05 CGT sitting on a used car lot? Would like to hear the story behind that one. A new CGT with 27 delivery miles just went for $389,000. A few dealers are holding some new '05s for around $468,000...but as far as I'm concerned, they can keep them at that price.

Thanks for the comments and hope they keep coming in.

Hi weatherman1940,

Bentley Long Island here in NY has a 05 (GT Silver Metallic/Dark Grey) with 16 miles. They were asking $395,000.

You can see pics at www.bentleylongisland.com under "Search our Pre-owned Inventory! National Deivery!" Then click on Porsche.

Phone number is 866-512-2902.

Some pics.....

Hope this helps a little.

I agree! I have the Porsche "grey" interior - car looks terrible and I am ashamed to be seen in it or with it.

Dark grey is better. I have the lighter colored grey. I can't wait to get my white/black.

greaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat...

thanks to all. lots of comments just like I hoped for. glad to hear that silver was so plentiful. talked to a dealer that has one in yellow...that might be interesting. I like yellow on the F car...360 spider especially. anyone seen the CGT in yellow yet?

saw the one on ebay...bid at $440,000. good luck to someone, but I would never pay that. too many around under $400k.

as for finders fee, I have done crazier things! offered my attorney in London a CGT last month as a bonus for our deal. Well, he required right hand drive, black, and red interior...so NO CGT for him. Whew...got off easy on that, but am sure he will think of something else.

I can always offer a ride (free trip) in the Hawker 800. Las Vegas anyone???

Thanks again to all...

I find it amazing that any dealer would try to sell this car at MSRP or above it. Then again there are a good number of ill informed buyers who just might bite especially if they have no knowledge about the car.

If your going to spend that kind of money on a car, one would think they would do a modicum of research.
