Performance Friction has steel rotor/hats replacements for Gen 1 PCCB at a fraction of the cost

Chuck,good advice.Thanks.

Jamie, cheapest I could find was Sunset Porsche[Jeff]$4150 each.Steel is cheaper but my rear rotors are perfect and it has taken 6 years and countless track days before one of the fronts delaminated.Even now it works perfectly and doesn't seem to chew out the pads any quicker than the other three. It just looks crap and I am not confident as to how long it will last. From all reports the new Gen 2 rotors are a lot better. We'll see!

My left rear rotors have cracks on them too! My question is have anyone seen or experience PCCB rotors cracks into pieces from track or normal application of brakes? I heard they can crack into pieces if they are involved in crashes but not just by heavy application.

I got rid of my carcked rotors last year... by getting rid of the car.
Now I'm Porscheless, but no withdrawal symptoms, except last time I had sex.

+1. PFC rocks! I swapped my PCCBs for PFC Direct drives. Same ones they used on Rolex 24 Cup cars.
