Cargraphic

If anyone ordered something from Cargraphic via internet around the 13th of May you should call them and see if they received your order. I ordered a set of aluminum pedals on May 13th, and the transaction was recorded. Not hearing anything from them I called and according to the fellow I spoke with their computer was being revamped and the order never reached them, and they have no record of the transaction. I placed an order over the phone, but haven't heard anything from them yet. That was about a week ago and the gentleman said he would expedite the order. FYI

Why are some of the post got deleted? Erik, you shouldn't delete other post and try to make your company's image better by re-arranging posts. If I were you, I would accept what had happend in the past and move one. Let's face it, many buyers lost interest in Cargraphic because you guys hardly meet client's expectation. If you delet this post again, I would simply feel sorry for your future customer because problems will keep occur ing between the buyers and the Cargraphic. If you are sincere correcting the problem, you shouldn't have to worry about my comment and post. Time will tell!

Yep--- poor business practice.

In my industry, you'd get your licenses pulled for such things.......

At least we figured them out before the posts got deleted!

Wow... this is gang mentallity at its greatest!
I have been dealing with Erik as well as the rest of the people at cargraphic for years. I'm not sure what the witch hunt is all about. I always enjoyed his contributions to this forum. Just my 2 cents

Gentlemen,

I have been on this board since the member count was still under 100. I know all of the original sponsors and have dealt with most of them to INCLUDE "Cargraphics". I have never had a problem with Cargraphics, they always were on top of my orders. Also, I find it very hard to believe that any of the staff at Cargrahics would intentionally hide, mislead or misrepresent themselves to anyone. They are a very professional operation!

Also, I would like to see the moderators chime in and explain to these few individuals (THAT HAVE BEEN MEMBERS FOR ONLY A MONTH) that ONLY the MODERATORS have the ability to delete certain threads.

You NEWBIEES are WAY OFF BASE!!!!!

What "witch hunt" are you referring to, Joe G. Please don't be so presumptuous to think you know the whole story, when you don't.
I'm normally a very easy-going professional person but this entire situation is causing me uncalled for anxiety and frustration and I am just about at my limits. Hell It's not the cost of the damn pedals thats a factor, I have spent more than that on lunches in the past. Cargraphic made me a promise yesterday on the phone. Lets wait a few days and see what happens. I said a FEW days
