I saw one CGT without a nav system at a PIR event in Portland, OR a while back. Instead of a nav system, it just had a "V10" badge in place.

You could order the car with no radio. No A/C was also an option.

I was visiting my dealer today and he pulled up the available CGT inventory on his locator system.

There are 25 still available.

Visit a dealer near you and you can see every available car, and how it is optioned, right at his computer desk.

I was in Rusnak in Westlake Village, CA maybe a month ago and they had a brand new black/teracotta that they were discounting just to get rid of it. You might wanna check them out, might still be there?
