I thought this forum is supposed to help us gain knowledge and share different experience. Cargraphic is known for not deliver their product on time and both me and my friends experience this last year. So I thought I would explain their business practice through my experience and was glad to help people who are experiencing the same problem. If a business has bad practice then there will be many post discuss their issue and it is said that some of the true experience we have got deleted. I think the reason this forum exist is because we all share the same passion and interest not to mention I have received great help from people so what's wrong with providing some honest feed back. This site should not be manipulated by an individual's own interest. I am not stiring things up but thought we should stay true to ourselves and continue sharing the same interest and passion. Doctor K is having trouble receiving his product and I hate to see him get frustrated so I told him to deal less with Cargraphic because from my own experience I have notice evern since I don't place order with Cargraphic, my frustration and expectation towards them were gone. I wish to help Doctor K to feel better and move on just like I did. Plus all Erik needed to do is to reply to Doctor K and explain to him what's going on but they choose to delete all the bad post against them and pretend they provide great customer care. I think it makes both me and Doctor K looks bad by their action. Please do not disregard this message and let us especially Cargraphic to think it over what we owe ourselves. Thank you!

i dont know much about cargraphic, but i know many many tuners, builders in the industry. a LOT of them have cash flow issues. you give them deposit and they place order, you are basically financing their business.

a good tuner need at a MINIMUM $100k cash in working capital, else they simply will not be able to do much.

i carry cash to my tuner when my car is done. they DO NOT have to wait. in return i ask them to give me a date of delivery. they can "pad" the date if they wish. i will decide if i can wait that long. i also tell them to think CAREFULLY before they tell me the date b/c i want price to be reduced each date the product is late. i dont really care why it is late, that's b/n the tuner and his supplier. he can claim liquidated damage from his supplier got nothing to do with me.

as car enthusiasts, we should chose only those vendors/tuners who really stand behind their product and work. i have blown up motors and trannies. upon post mortem, if my guy cannot prove it was a driver mistake, he will cover the entire bill and get it right.

 

I strongly support my fellow members right to post the truth on this forum without fear of being edited or deleted. I have no idea who took it upon themselves to delete my posts, but they are part of the problem. Erik has made a gracious offer and I thank him for his effort, albeit late.

Yeah, this forum seems to delete alot of posts that pertain to "true" actions or occurrences. I guess they only want to show people what they want people to see. Fox News??

If I remember right, the offer was to let Doctor K use some pedals Cargraphic had in-stock (not the one's he wanted) until the pedals he wanted showed up (they were delayed for some reason). All this was to be done at No Charge to Doctor K.

However just because they are our sponsor, doesn't give free reign to our members to perform substandard service. Any outstanding issues, from my understanding, will be worked out real soon.
