thanks zona!!

hi ben! yep, Mystic M is sold, but don't worry, she went to a good home. i'm looking to fill the void in my garage with either a 997 GT3 or 997 C4S. (i want one of the normally aspirated motors.) my preference is the GT3, but the mrs. isn't too fond of the idea of having a roll cage in the back with no space for my son's car seat! lol... heck, that's why we have an SUV and a Passat right? lol

thanks arling! i may take you up on your offer.

cheers,
jason

so arling, how much you think i'm looking at for this, roughly speaking of course:

997 GT3
Speed Yellow or Carrarra White
Black interior with alcantara and one of the carbon fiber pkgs
Sport Chrono
sunroof delete
bi-xenons
climate control (lol)
club sport rear roll cage
sport seats
porsche crest in headrest

don't waste any more time on the order guide u check. it's more like a comparsion between models.

based on ur list u're looking at around $111,045.00 now. that includes standard color, black full leather & alcantara, sport chrono package, bi-xenon package, porsche crest in headrest.

sunroof is a must have option as of now although i hope not. no carbon package yet (will have later i assume) as the GT3 have the black trims. AC is standard. cage u can add later but u won't be able to order with the car. sport seat is also standard.

Because of the offset, the RS wheels won't fit under the standard GT3's fenders.
You could request that Porsche paints them though. They are pretty good about customizing the cars if you are willing to pay for it and wait longer.

The regular 997GT3 has spacers on the rear wheels... RS wheels should fit without spacers?

I don't think so..........the RS wheels are 19x12, 51mm offset. These wheels are 1" wider that the 997tt with the same offset. The RS wheels are pretty close to the limit on a wide body 997, don't think they will fit on a narrow body 997!
