GT3 Mechanical Problem....
While leaving my condo parking garage today my car broke down. I was coming up to the gate and rolling out of 1st gear and heard a clunk sound come from the rear of the car. Nothing too violent sounding, but I was only rolling out of first and up to the gate so it was under very little stress. Now when I put the car in gear, it engages normal but the car will not move foward. I can take my foot completely off the clutch and the car will not die in gear. Also while rolling it foward to get it on the truck I can hear a faint rattling noise from the back of the car. Very very strange because the car was not acting strange at all prior to this happening. The car is tracked, but only has 14k miles on it. Had it flatbedded to the dealership. Hoping it is not something big because i know with the rollbar and seats the dealer will try to void my warranty for something huge. I will keep you all posted....

can't go with the LWFW cause I am racing the car in B stock next year . I do not think it is the clutch though cause the car never slipped the clutch or acted up at all. I had 40k track miles on my last track toy and it was on an original clutch. Unless the owner before me absolutely trashed the clutch, I do not think that is it.

something has broken in the axle and there was one overrev before i bought the car and they are using that to void the warranty. It is a 1200 dollar claim, but what bothers me now is that they are voiding my warranty for all other motor, trans, gearbox issues because of this one overrev which was downloaded from the DME.
What bugs me more is that my purchasing dealer downloaded my DME per my request and stated that there was one small over-rev and that it would not be an issue what so ever. Now I find out it does. I am in a bind as to what I should do now

I would fight that with PCNA. Don't give up just yet. Make sure that they know your family Porsche portfolio.

Sorry to hear about this Mo. Well, since the overrev happened before you bought the car, you bought the car from them, and the problem is because of this, it is PURELY their fault. PCNA can be difficult to deal with in regards to dealer relations, so try to stick to arguing with the dealer. They should cover this under warranty. If not, give em a scissor kick to the face
