Of the cars you've mentioned, the GT3RS will provide the most driving pleasure and reliability if that is more important than pleasing the crowd. I hear the 06 G's are much better but of course, more $. A GT2 is the only car I'd have to replace my modded 3. Good luck!
Never tried it unfortuneately, maybe tomorrow, the dealership I'm visiting has both the GT3RS and the GT2 in stock, weather is bad though

But still, the GT2 may seem to be the perfect compromise, but if I don't buy a pure and sheer performance car like the 996 GT3RS I will probably go for the ****ty GT Lambo, LOL

none the less i think you may have answered your own question in your post
The harsh ride of my C4 with IX74 suspension and 18" is no problem for me, so the GT3RS is no problem for me..

The Gallardo, on the other side, is way to comfortable, almost like my friends MB CL500

Well isn't that the whole purpose of a lambo? If you want the elegance or performance then Ferrari is the choice, but raw attention, that's Lamborghini's job.

I fully agree! The 360 Modena is a POS car and I can't imagine Ferrari made the F430 much better, definately not 50K more then the G or the GT3RS better!

Allan, any point of view on the G vs the RS?

That is a TOUGH decision, wow! Gallardo is sexy, sounds amazing but lacks alot in other areas. Havent been in a GT3RS so really cant say, but im sure the thrill is 100x greater!

Your assumption is correct!

To make it even harder to decide, the GT3RS I'm looking at has the Manthey 410HP kit...

If i rember right you are not a race guy, so i think a 996gt3 is to much race for you, wouldn´t a gallardo be a better car with some rims and a nice exhoust

If you want to race around and do those country roads, get the GT3rs. If you want your girlfriend to get crazy, get the Gallardo.. Two different cars. One is a track rat. And the other is a supermodel..
