Just do this......


Euro rear bumper
Remove bumper beam and hadware

BBS wheels

Shaved Toyo RA-1’s

Cloth GT3 seats

RS steering wheel

Gut trunk

Odyssey battery

Replace roof (no sunroof)
New roof liner
New switch cover

RS roll bar

Replace front bumper with Cup bumper, tow hook, black screens, no headlight washers, remove bumper beam and hardware



RS front lip

RS decklid and wing



Remove any unnecessary brackets, tanks, hoses, covers, etc. (front bumper beam, hardware, wipers, wiper motor, headlight washers, washer fluid parts, fender liners, etc. Remove every ounce possible.

Fire extinguisher

6 point harness (driver only)

2 piece brake rotors front and rear

Castrol Fluid

New exhaust system

Cup 4.00 Ring and Pinion

LWFW and software

JRZ shocks

turn off PASM

Mono *****, toe links, bump steer, etc.

Corner balance, set ride height, align

Target weight 3000lbs no fuel

BMC air filter


Plexi rear window


Cup power steering pump

But the stock ones weights about 3075lbs only.

According to whom? Mine weighed 3204 w/o fuel.

Still havn't weighed mine that.I just know it from instruction from seller,or Official Website. May that be not true?

If i only want to put carbon fiber seats,front cover,pccb,light-weight flywheel, windows glass on it,and remove the unnecessary parts form interior,How weight will be saved estimatedly?

Evo has measured a stock Euro 997 GT3 at 3198lbs (1452kg), with gas, no driver.

Has anyone gutted the rear carpet so that you just have a bunch of metal?

Some of you guys crack me up.
You take one of the worlds best, if not the best, road car and try to make it into what it's not, a race car. Basically bastardizing a brilliant design.

Hey, it's your money. Do what you want.

But the smart move is to buy a Cup car, be faster and safer than what you will end up with in a modified GT3 and save a bunch of money.
