re HOD, maybe. Going to Florida (don't ask, not sure which days)...and then to Montreal for F1!

my technique is:
warm up the oil for 20 miles, than straight to 8k rpm every gear. i only use the first 4 gears in the car. never tried 5th and 6th. useless gears in my opinion.
