Here you go
Front:
8.5 J x 19 RO 53
P/N 997.362.156.95 (silver) or 997.362.156.96 FFF (041 Black /8C6 Orange)
Rear
12 J x 19 RO 51
P/N 997.362.164.91 (silver) or 997.362.164.92 FFF (041 Black /8C6 Orange)
I can't answer the spacer question it would depend on the car

No...the GT3 is narrow body whereas the RS is widebody so thus as a result the rear offset is different. I originally had GT3 wheels on my 997TT and had to use 18mm spacers in the rear to compensate. I've since then switched to the RS wheels without the use of any spacers.

Both use 5mm spacers, plus the RS offsets are 17 mm less than the GT3. Wheel and tire sizes are the same.

GT3RS = wide body (C4, TT)
Front wheels are the same
Rear wheels have different offsets

porsche states that the tires size are both 305/30/19. but they also say that there are GT3 wheels (gt3) and lightweight GT3 wheels (RS). i think gt3ranger is correct since he does own both the Gt3 and the RS

The GT3 and GT3RS wheels are eaxctly the same except for a different offset on the rear wheels - no difference in weight.

jhbrennan is correct. I had both versions. Originally I got the GT3 wheels and used 18mm spacers with my 997TT. I sold my rear GT3 wheels and got the GT3 RS wheels instead so that I wouldn't have to use any spacers.
