GT3 RS in .. white?
Is the GT3RS available in white in US?
Is a GT3RS ever produced in US? Or do they all come from Europe? I know the US version doesn't have the rollbar of GT3 seats, but is it made over there or in Europe?
I know you can get them in Europe in white, but not all Porsche dealers want to sell it in different colours. (in Belgium for example, I know 2 dealers who refused to sell it in white, and a 3th one that made it possible to order in white)
So I'd like to know. Where is the GT3RS build? Only in Europe or also in US? (or somewhere else specific for the US market) And second question. Is it possible to get it in white in US?

It doesn't even have decals ..
Jox: I would like to know if it's "special order" or wether you can just "chose" the color you like. If I remember correctly, I read on the 6speed forums the 996GT3RS came in white and was never available in anything else.

If memory serves...... that was TUUNER's car ( a member here) and he had to special order the RS in white...... the white was considered either paint to sample or simply just a special order.

You weren't able to buy a 996 GT3 RS in US? Odd decision from Porsche, I'd think there's quite a market for it in the US. (for lotsa green, I'll ship one over

So the GT3 RS is available in the 4 "normal" colors, but you can get it in whatever you want on special order, or paint to sample ...
But where are the build?
You weren't able to buy a 996 GT3 RS in US? Odd decision from Porsche, I'd think there's quite a market for it in the US. (for lotsa green, I'll ship one over

- No paint to sample
- all RS's built in Germany and shipped to North America
- No special orders, if its in the RS order giude....you can order it!
