I paid $50K over MSRP for my RS. I know it's a lot but I wanted the car, and it had all the options I wanted. There is no way I could have gotten on the list so this was my only chance to get one. Someone made some money of of me but in the end I have the car I wanted. Do you guys think prices will stay this high?

I hope you didnt pay 50k over MSRP in order to worry about value. It is an awesome car and if you can afford pay that to get it, great for you, but unless you dont drive it and sell it right away, that money is gone.

Congratulations, I guess??? Interesting to put in the title of your first-ever thread how much over list you paid, without anyone even asking you. I could see a thread title like "psyched that I got a GT3 RS!", but putting in there how much over you paid just seems boastful and obnoxious.

Hopefully that won't be a common theme in your posts . . .
