clear side marker shape different vs. stock...
just installed clear side makers,
and noticed the shape is different from the stock yellow ones.
while the stock markers follow the line of the fender and
sits flush in the slot,
clear ones doesn't sit flush at all,
kinda stick out from the fender about 1/ 4 inch or so.
i don't like this at all,
might just go back to the stock yellow ones.
has anyone noticed this too?

maybe the vendor sent me the wrong parts.

i tried to search for the post where this was discussed. Lee2375 was posting a pic of one of his demo cars with 20" wheels, and someone commented the sidemarkers sticking out.
and eric (plug guy) was saying there is a diff part for boxster and 997, might want to contact him.
