Tequipment Roll Bar

Anyone have a problem with Porsche Tequipment rear roll bar.
My dealer is putting one in for me, with seats, 6pt harness ect.
I was just wondering about the bar. Will be club tracking
GT3 8 -10 times per year.

If you plan to run with a group like the POC or PCA, be sure to confirm that the Tequipment bar meets their specs!

There is, but roll bar, race seats, belts and clear bra all at once. One stop shoping.
They are good though, I went an hour + out of my way, 2 other Porsche dealers are closer
but this one does a lot of track prep and have done a # of GT3/RS mods.

It sounds like Porsche is saying you are on your own if you use it. It very well may be in your best interests to pony up for the RS bar if you are going to use track belts.

There are 2 versions, one with a full cross bar that is for harness use, and then the one pictured above without the full cross bar.

My guess would be because of the seats (since they don't have a shoulder harness pass-through like race seats do). I can't imagine why the belts wouldn't work with that bar though.

Tequipment Roll Bar

If you are going to run CR this rollbar will not pass any racing sanction such as POC, PCA , SCCA and NASA. I would not recommend that rollbar for safety issue. You don't need to call these sanction just check their rule book in their site.
It's a waste of money not unless you're going to use it for show.
