Just to clarify, is it the '04's that have quicker wear on the clutch, or the '05's?

im sure you are aware that the clutch needs warming as well, so the first 5-10 minutes of driving you use 1st gear to 3rd, you skip 2nd till it gets warmed up, or youll be grinding gears.
