Well then allow me to redirect your attention to the "Combat" kits of the late 90's and early 2000's.
Yes, they were iconic and became very symbolic of the tuning market to a lot of kids, but they were waaaay overdone.
That being said, when I was 14 i would have killed for a VeilSide'd MKIV.

The side vents - Well, they are carbon, so most people would choose to leave them as the carbon look, but of course, painting over them is always an option.

I have seen a matte black veilside/premier 4509 on am 04 Murc NEXT to an Lp640
I have to hand it over the the premier car. it's a stunna! especially in matte black.
but i think those slats on the sides of the front and back bumper takes way same of the looks tho...
