I dont think there is anything one could say about Heffner in a negative way.
i honestly think there has never been one customer that was unhappy with his results.
the track record speaks for itself....
we have two great tuners here with one that has 24 G-TT's running around all over the world.. I think this makes for healthy competition

I love competition!! Although both companies make a quality product, their methodology is different. All tuners have their own secrets! Either way results speak for themselves!

It may be, but the quality of the product is far superior. Not to mention considerably faster and comes with a better warranty

I'm not bashing anyone the UR system looks and performs better. Besides it's just my opinion. I would have no problems comparing the two tuners current systems maybe heff has seen enough of UR's pictures floating around to copy it????? Hey that would be a good thing maybe he will start putting a little more quality in his builds.
Bill3571 you can't tell me that the whole UR system doesn't look much nicer, more thought out, and makes more power. The numbers and track performance speaks for itself.

Ok we'll do. Are you saying that Ripper's Heff setup looked more like UR's when it was fresh?? Have you seen the pics of Ripper's car. It's not just about the show polish but the craftsmanship in which the UR cars possess. Had heff chopped up my Lambo like Ripper's we would have had a big problem.

If Heffner had chopped up my Gallardo like that he would have a dent in the side of his head.

Before you decide...there are over 20 Heffner cars on the road with
approximately 150,000 total miles. The UGR sounds impressive
but its reliabilty has not yet been proven. IMHO.
Maybe it will be just as reliable as Heffners...maybe not?

One thing well known in the industry...Heffners stands behind his work...UGR
I have no personal knowledge one way or the other......

I like the free shipping idea. I might sneak inside the lambo for a free ride

He didn't stand behind Ripper's or Krazypsi's!!

I btw, do have personal knowledge of UR's customer service and warranty work. I have had an extensive build through them and when a warranty issue came up they drove to my house and took care of it.

Glad they took care of you.

Ripper never had a problem that he didn't cause hinself. No tuner
wants their customer to touch any settings once car is built.

Heffner for example on TT #1....I picjked in up in Fla on a Sunday
arrived Calif on Tuesday morning. On arrival car started to run hot.

I took it to Lamborghini Orange county. They determined a water leak
in #7 and #8 clys. Heffner paid LOC to remove engine ship it to him.
Turns out steel sleeves slipped down thickness of piece of paper
allowing water leakage. Heffner used different procedure. Shipped engine back and LOC installed everthing as per Jasons instructions.
then they wanted no responsibilty to even start the engine.

So Heffner gets on a plane flys to California, examines their install
say "looks fine", turns the key starts the motor and afterwards I put 14,000
troulble-free miles on the car. My cost ZERO his cost ...who knows????

On my second TT G from him A turbo went bad 300 miles from Sarasota.
I drove it back. He paid for my Hotel room, paid for my flight home
and paid to get the car back to me.

So you can see why I praise his customer service !
